Returns and Refunds

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer is given the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of calendar from the delivery date of the purchased good. To make use of this right, the customer must send, within the indicated deadlines, an e-mail to ipigiami.it@gmail.com indicating: subject of the request (REFUND – ITEM EXCHANGE – SIZE CHANGE), Name, Surname, Address, Order Number, Telephone.

As soon as this communication is sent, the Customer must send, at his own expense and with a courier of his choice, the product he intends to return, including a print of the email sent in the shipment. The shipping address will be provided in response to the email received.

The returned product must arrive no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated. Once the returned product has been received, iPigiami.it will proceed with:

• REFUND: by bank transfer of the price paid for the product(s) for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, provided that the goods subject to the withdrawal have reached the company, or unequivocal proof of shipment has been provided by courier. In this case, the IBAN code and the holder of the current account to which the transfer for the refund is requested must also be specified in the email and in the related printout.
  
  The refund will take place following a verification of the integrity of the product within 7 working days.

• ITEM EXCHANGE: when the item arrives at the office we will send the exchange without additional costs. In this case, the email and the relevant printout must specify that you intend to proceed with the item change and the desired item.
• SIZE EXCHANGE: when the garment arrives at the office we will send the exchange without additional costs. In this case, the email and the relevant printout must specify that you intend to proceed with the size change and which size.

In the event of a size or item change, availability may vary upon receipt of the item, in which case we will contact you via email.

The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not compensable, for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. For products for personal use, for hygienic and health reasons it is not possible to return products that have already been used.

All risks relating to the transport of the returned product are borne by the Customer.

To facilitate the Customer in exercising the right of withdrawal, here is an example of e-mail communication, to also be included in the package with which the returned product is sent:

Order number: INDICATE THE ORDER NUMBER

Buyer data: INDICATE NAME, SURNAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, E-MAIL

Desired size: INDICATE THE NEW SIZE YOU WISH TO RECEIVE

IBAN code: (indicate the IBAN number of the current account where you intend to receive credit for any refund)

Current Account Holder: (Indicate the holder of the current account from which you intend to receive credit for any refund).
